Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RuniT, LLC (“RuniT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using SkillSets, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SkillSets.

If you use SkillSets for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these Terms.

2. SkillSets

SkillSets is a software delivery workspace for product planning, project and knowledge management, native app generation, development workflows, connected business tools, and App Store release operations. Features differ by device, distribution channel, account, configuration, and region. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your device and credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, or security controls.

4. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms, RuniT grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SkillSets on devices you own or control. The license is for the object-code app and service as provided; it does not transfer ownership of SkillSets, our trademarks, or our underlying technology.

If you download SkillSets through Apple’s App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules and standard end-user license terms. Apple is not responsible for providing SkillSets support.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in content you submit to SkillSets. You grant RuniT a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the features you choose. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and use it with connected services.

Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use code, documents, and other output generated for you. Generated output may be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, signing, submitting, and maintaining anything you build or publish with SkillSets.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features can help draft plans, code, content, research, and recommendations, but they do not replace professional judgment. Do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Review output before acting on it or sharing it. Your use of a chosen AI provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms.

7. Connected and third-party services

SkillSets can connect to services such as Apple, Google, GitHub, App Store Connect, QuickBooks, Stripe, Supabase, Fireflies, and AI providers. You control whether to connect them and are responsible for the accounts, permissions, fees, content, and instructions you provide. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable without notice. RuniT is not responsible for third-party services.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use SkillSets to:

• violate law, regulation, contract, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules;
• develop, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or abuse;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or App Store resources;
• interfere with service integrity, probe security without permission, or evade usage limits;
• misrepresent generated output, identity, authorization, or ownership; or
• use SkillSets in a high-risk system where failure could cause death, injury, or severe damage.

9. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features, if offered, will display their price and billing terms before purchase. App Store purchases are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund and subscription rules. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or the applicable store’s rules, charges are non-refundable.

10. Beta features and updates

Preview, beta, or experimental features may be unstable, change without notice, or cause data loss. Back up important work and do not use preview features for critical production operations. SkillSets may install or require updates to maintain compatibility, security, or service operation.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SkillSets at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued operation is no longer commercially reasonable. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable chance to export content we control, unless prohibited by law or unsafe.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillSets is provided “as is” and “as available.” RuniT disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that SkillSets will be error-free or meet every App Store, legal, security, or business requirement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuniT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from SkillSets. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to SkillSets will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid RuniT for SkillSets during the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.

14. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms presented to you, are the entire agreement about SkillSets. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A waiver must be in writing and does not waive later enforcement. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service. Applicable law and any non-waivable rights in your jurisdiction govern disputes.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date, and we may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
